These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the hh77 platform, website and all associated services provided by hh77 ("hh77", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the hh77 platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or service on hh77, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • You have not previously been excluded or banned from the hh77 platform by any decision of hh77.
• You are not depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering or any other illegal source.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

hh77 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending investigation. hh77 will not be liable for any loss arising from the suspension of an unverified account. If it is found that a user has provided false information to bypass eligibility requirements, hh77 may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the hh77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single user, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers, constitutes a breach of these Terms. hh77 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings accrued across them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. hh77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your real name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not allow any other person to use your hh77 account to place bets, access games, make deposits or withdraw funds.
• You must notify hh77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes, including your mobile number or payment method.

hh77 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting withdrawals or large-value transactions. KYC documentation may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the hh77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hh77 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and other methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the hh77 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• hh77 does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your mobile wallet provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees according to their own terms of service.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to security and KYC verification. hh77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a verification check or investigation.
• Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified account may be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable network fees.

hh77 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal if it is subsequently determined that the transaction involved bonus abuse, fraud, chargebacks or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the funds may be forfeited and the account may be suspended or closed. Players are advised to ensure that all active wagering requirements are satisfied before submitting a withdrawal request, as a withdrawal request will not automatically pause or cancel any active bonus requirements.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on hh77 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring offer.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hh77 excludes all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, in connection with the platform and its services. hh77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

hh77 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure, even if hh77 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any indirect or consequential losses of any kind, including loss resulting from service interruption, game downtime, or delayed withdrawal processing.
